Social Psychologist, Activist, Afro-Brazilian Feminist, Bridge Builder for Social Inclusion in Brazil; Leader of the Brazilian Delegation to the UN Third World Conference Against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance in Durban (South Africa) in 2001. General Rapporteur of that Conference, Member of the UN Independent Eminent Experts’ Group Designated to Monitor the Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action in Brazil. Board Member of the National Feminist Network on Health and Reproductive Rights in Brazil.
